When the repair is appropriate for mobile service, yes. Larger jobs may be referred to a properly equipped shop.
Does a diagnostic fee include parts or repairs?+
The diagnostic fee covers testing and a clear explanation of the confirmed problem. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward that repair. Repair pricing is provided separately before work begins.

A mobile pre-purchase inspection includes a visual vehicle evaluation, diagnostic scan, road test when permitted, and a clear summary of the findings. It helps you make an informed purchase decision but is not a guarantee against every hidden or future problem.
Will I receive inspection photos or videos?+
Yes. Digital inspections can include photos and short videos of findings. Inspection videos are limited to 30 seconds each and remain attached to the work order for customer review.
